Disable IP4/File and Print Sharing for NIC on 2008 Core

We've installed 2008 Core and Hyper-V - i've read that the best setting is to have the IP services and protocols turned off on NIC used for I do this in 2008 core? I know i'll need Netsh - but I do not want to uninstall for I wil lhave a managment nic...

    None of these answers really worked. We ended up reverting back to Windows Full installation.
