Is there a matrix that describes the structure of LG-Philips LCD Part Numbers? For instance: LP154WX4 (TL) (CA)

This is clearly a Widescreen 15.4 in Display... but what does the X4 at the end of the part number mean? What do the parenthetical suffixes mean? I already have the specifications of -this- monitor... what I need is a key to understand the structure in general.

Of course... similar information for other LCD Manufacturers is also appreciated.

LP - stands for LgPhilips
154 - stands for 15.4"
WX - stands for WXGA (WP for WXGA+, WU for WUXGA)
4 - stands for serie/version (higher-newer)

It would however be nice to know what the Suffixes mean as well.. i.e. (TL) (CA) (F2) etc...
