GPO custom ADM file

Looking to add a custom ADM file to a group policy.
I am trying to disable the Master Browser service, disable maintain list, and define the IsDomainMaster entries in the registry.

Hi!

Open new or existing GPO, expand Computer configuration, right click Administrative templates and select Add/remove templates. Choose template file and click Add. If you have difficulties finding new settings, go to View... Filtering... and clear checkbox in front of "Only show policy settings which can be fully managed".
