how to fix replication & CDR  problem in call manager 4.2(3) publisher & subscriber?

The problem is recently my call manager publisher & subscriber both crashed and some how i managed to restore them back but not completely the replication between them has stopped working and the logs in the CDR folder is not generating any more and it is almost 4 months now and i cannot generate any more bills for our clients.
 -- C:\Program Files\Cisco\CallDetail\CDR--is empty
--C:\Program Files\Cisco\CallDetail\CMR-- is empty
--C:\Program Files\Cisco\CallDetail\BAD-- is empty
in my company i have almost 150 IP Phone Extensions.

Also i am newly appointed and i don't know how to solve this problem but the phones are working fine and also registering fine but the call detail record logs are not generating.

Also i am getting this error in both servers the publisher & subscriber they are in workgroup not in domain.

And please if any one can guide me step by step what to do and how to solve this issue.

I think the reason this post has sat for so long is that its quite involved to troubleshoot this type of issue in a forum.  I would suggest calling TAC, or reaching out to dimensiondata.com and asking them for a professional services engagement as it will take an engineer at least a few hours to comb thru the health of your servers and to start looking at those services.  I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help, but this is not well suited for this forum.  Alternatively, here is the URL for CUCM documentation:
