How can i solve Generic Host Process for win 32 Services

what where you doing when this error came up?

if it is just when using internet explorer try to reload internet explorer or upgrade to ie7

No i didn't,
I have windows xp sp 2, so which one must i download ?
for windows xp there is a two link one is for 32 bit version, second is 64 bit version, how am i know which versio i have to install. ?

right click my computer icon choose propeties.
under system description if stated x64 edition then download this :
