Set default email format in Exchange 2007

Is there a way to st the defautl mail format / fonts, etc for e-mail's created on the clients Outlook 2007 in Excahgne?

I do not think this is possible, but if there is a way, I would appreciate an answer.

Looking for a way to force a set template for all users

I dont think you can change anything in Exchange. There are some customizations you can make in Group Policy for Office 2007.
