How to transfer a data store in citrix
Hello,
THe data store was residing on PS1 and then someone did a chfarm without realizing that this server holds the datastore for the farm.
Is there a way to transfer the mdb file from PS1 to PS2? I see the mdb file on PS1 how can I transfer it?
Thanks

Hi,
I ran through your doc and when I reach to create the dsn I do not see the MIcrosoft Access driver. I only see the SQL Native client and SQL Server as an option.
I have installed SQL Express 2005 Sp1 which came with the citrix download of 4.5. Do I have to do a custom install of the sql install to install the access drive option.

The Access driver has always there by default in every MF/PS/XA server I have worked on.
Is this a 64-bit server?

I ran the odbc from syswow64 and it worked and I created the dns but now when I try to run the dsmait failover to ps2 i receive the following message
The server may not be a valid data store server. Verify the it is on line.
I checked the services for citrix and noticed the IMA service is not running. I tried to start and it errored out. I checked the event viewer and saw the following message
The server running Citrix Presentation Server failed to connect to the data store. An unknown failure occurred while connecting to the database. Error: IMA_RESULT_NETWORK_FAILURE Indirect: 1 Server: PS1 DSN file:

Can I just build a new server in 32 bit and then copy over the mf20.mdb file from ps1 and make the new server the data store?
