the name on the security cerficate is invalid or does not match the name of the site
Hi All,
Since moving to Exchange 2007 earlier in the year, those using Outlook 2007 get the following error when they open Outlook.
Users still on OUtlook 2003 do not.
Users using OWA also do not.
We have not changed the site address except for the fact that /owa follows the url.
We have an SSL cerificate.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the reply.
I am not sure if it is an SAN/UC - how can i tell?
It was purchased from Verisign - I would assume it's a single name? Generated req from within IIS on the actual server.

Thanks very much for your reply - it was spot on in this case. I apologise for taking so long to close the question.
Is it a single name certificate or a SAN/UC certificate?
Is it a commercial or self generated certificate?
Outlook will attempt to connect to certain URLs for certain information, even internally. That can generate the error that you are seeing if the certificate isn't setup correctly.
