Mac Mail password rejection

Alright, so I have a user, just one really, that no matter what machine we configure their account on, Mac Mail will not connect and will keep stating that the server has rejected the password. We have tested this multiple times on other computers, as well as other venues of mail retrieval, Entourage and OWA work just fine with no password issues. From what I can gather this is an Exchange server issue, but we have eliminated the idea that this user has had some basic configuration issue. Any ideas on this would be a great help, as the user in question is not a fan of Entourage.
