How can I update java over a network?

In my office we have 70+ computers that are all running older versions of Java.

The employees do not have access to install programs, nor are we able to give them access to.  All of the computers are running older versions of java and we would like to be able to update them all without employee interaction.

Is there a way to slipstream this installation without the employees even noticing?

    You can set each JAVA installation for automatic updates.
    Control Panel->Java->update.
