Custom Outlook contact fields, link into Access

I have "Contacts" from Outlook linked into an Access database.  This does not show custom fields on a custom form in Outlook though.  How can I gain access to the custom fields in Outlook so that I can link to them in Access?

Linking an Outlook folder in Access does not bring over all available Outlook fields.  You can test this by importing the Outlook folder directly into a local Access table.  This will get you all the Outlook fields but the table will not be linked.  You can, if necessary, set a procedure up to re-import the table when needed to capture the latest data.

Here's a link to a Q I answered quite some time ago regarding using code to iterate through an Outlook Contacts folder and checking the value of a particular field.
