Registry Batch file for Windows 2003 and PHP5 configuration

We are running Windows 2003 Server and PHP5.  We understand how to make a change for PHP for a specific domain in the registry but if we have 1000 domains is this the best way to make a batch file below and I can use word to Export the IIS 6.0 list and then import the domains?

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PHP\Per Directory Values\E\Hosts\domainname.com]
"open_basedir"
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PHP\Per Directory Values\E\Hosts\domainname.com]
"MyValue"=E:\\Hosts\\domainname.com\\;C:\\PHPTEMP\\"

Hi,

open regedit, browse to an existing entry, right click it and choose export.

open the exported file in notepad, copy and paste the new values, save.  double click the .reg file to add those entries to the registry.

warning: using the system registry.... yada yada (you know how it goes ;-)

Cheers.
