How do I get the last PC name that connected to a specific IP Address?

My network has been affected by a worm.  I have the IP Addresses that are affected.  However, since we shut down the ports, I can no longer use a nbtstat -a to get the PC name.  With over 2500 PCs...I need to track these down by name...since the name is configured to tell me where its located.

How can I get the name from the IP (or MAC Address) when the PC is no longer on the network?  (Last PC name to attach to a specific IP Address)
