Command line error.
"C:\meteli" is the location for the downloaded template core for the Microsoft site

    is this the correct location?  missing s "\" maybe?
    C:\meteli ApplicationTemplateCore.wsp

    if so, try enclosing the file with quotes
    "C:\meteli ApplicationTemplateCore.wsp"

    I re-installed sharepoint 3.0, then follow the details on EE link, it work fine now. Thanks,
