verizon xv6800 doesn't start

i can get verizon logo but windows doesn't start up.
do you know how to fix it?
i even did hardware reset.

Maybe the image is corrupted.
Try an hard reset ( not normal reset) if not works try to update the rom.

To flash the pda you must put him in bootloader first.

Hard reset: Press and hold the Left SOFT KEY and Right SOFT KEY, and at the same time, use the stylus to press the RESET button at the bottom of your device. You will be presented with a menu saying 'press R to reset, X to exit', if you press R Your device will be set back to factory default settings.
(The L/R soft keys are the "- -" keys just above the start and OK buttons)

Another Option if one of the SOFT KEY's is bad: START/SETTINGS/SYSTEM (tab)/CLEAR STORAGE.

Bootloader mode: Hold side OK and POWER buttons together and reset with stylus.

i did hard reset but not still working... stuck at verizon logo
and bootloader mode... i can't get into the mode... just they show same verizon logo

bootloader is not to install.bootloader is a mode that puts pda in a mode that is able to receive a new ROM.

Put in bootloader mode and run http://dcd1182.n715dp.com/titan/spl/titan_SPL_2.40-olipro.exe
When the screen saying to close window to flash a new rom do that, right after that run this http://dcd1182.n715dp.com/titan/roms/dcd_titan_4.1.2.exe
