I have a server on a SORBS blacklist because it supposedly has a dynamically assigned address. &nbsp;However, we have a static IP with valid reverse DNS set up. &nbsp;I contacted SORBS several times via a form on their website, but the server IP is still on their blacklist. &nbsp;There is no phone contact information on their website. &nbsp;Does anyone have a better way of contacting these people so we can get this issue resolved?

SORBS Blacklist problems

Various techniques are used to prevent email spam (unsolicited bulk email). No technique is a complete solution to the spam problem, and each has trade-offs between incorrectly rejecting legitimate email (false positives) vs. not rejecting all spam (false negatives) - and the associated costs in time and effort.
