    Accepted Solution

Is email retention turned on?  If so the user can recover it themselves by going into Outlook, select the Deleted Items folder and click on Tools > Recover Deleted Items.

can you restore mail box separately through back up exact?/ if yes.. make a revoery storage group and then you can restore his mailbox there .. create a test user.. and connect that user to the mailbox ...
create a outlook profile.. and take out the PST

if you do not have the feature for restoring the separate mailbox only.. just restore the entire backup to the RSG and follow the same..
