If your citrix/TS environment is configured to use a &quot;fallback driver&quot; and the Zebra driver is missing or could not use the correct driver it will use the fallback driver configured.<br />

Hi, <br />
I have issue with printing thru citrix 4.5 server. <br />
We use our ERP system in remote locations thru citrix server. <br />
When I run ERP client thru citrix in remote location and try print label on zebra printer, zebra trying use driver from HP 4500 printer. I have &nbsp;no idea why. No HP 4500 printer installed on Citrix. <br />
Even if I add new zebra printer from scratch on client station and run ERP thru citrix then try print printer using HP4500 printer driver, It is going me crazy, <br />
Maybe you guys have same idea.<br />

Crystal Reports is a business intelligence application from SAP SE.
