When we try to use version 9 for both connections &nbsp;users freezing. When we try to use version 4 everything is working but without publishing feature and we can't use remote applications.<br />

What do you mean when you say all users freeze?<br />

If i understand this correctly, you are using the Citrix Program Neighborhood Agent to connect to some Server(s) that you do not know what version of the Citrix they are running. it might be some server as old as Metaframe XP / Metaframe 3.0<br />

I have attached a screen shot of settings on the server side (This is on Presentation server 4.5) that refer to the versions of clients supported.<br />

For example I have 10 users who connected to client server using Program Neighborhood<br />
4.21.779.0 When I try to connect to the same server but using Program Neighborhood<br />
9.150.39151.0 all those 10 users including me freeze and can't do anything. After I kill my connection everybody back up and running in 10 minutes.

Is it possible to identify the Server version from PNAgent client &nbsp;side? We can't test Version 9 because everybody freeze when we try to connect to server

I just tested it with V10 PNAgent and there is nothing that shows server version.
