Tried the registry change and result was the same.<br />

I've an annoying issue thats stopping me using PAC files in I.E. 7 in Vista where under TOOLS \ INTERNET OPTIONS \ CONNECTIONS - LAN SETTINGS in the Automactic Configuration Script &nbsp;URL box where you enter a URL for a PAC file, mine keeps adding a &quot;/&quot; to whatever is in this box.<br />

This means that the pac file won't work. It even puts the slash in if the box is left empty. I've used the I.E. reset all settings but to no avail. Its only happended after about 7 months and have checked for trojans and the like as best I can.<br />
