I have a user that is on an Exchange 2007 system. If the user uses a local Outlook 2007 client then she is not seeing all her email in her inbox. She is also not receiving new emails in Outlook.
However, If she connects via OWA, all her new emails are appearing in the top level Mailbox folder -ie the level ABOVE inbox (screengrab attached)
All her exchange settings appear correct and I have tried creating new profiles all with no success.
Does anyone know why this might be happening ?
Although there is currently a lapsed SSL certificate no one else (600+ users) is affected with this problem (sync failure 0x80072F05 being logged) OWA-screenshot.PNG
