Suppsaws, i have tried all solutions on the ms website i have also updated all the drivers and is running all the latest updates from ms, this has be occuring for quite sometime and my client is unable to work with it as he needs to backup there work constantly, if anyone has received this problem before please let me know.

@ suppsaws sorry if that was harsh, this problem has been bugging me for quite sometime, i have spoke with the manufactures, and they are no help as the seem to think that the error is from some software, we have removed all current software and still it BS, <br />

If this is no driver problem it might be a software conflict .... but that won't be easy to find .... .<br />
what antivirus are you running, what 3rd party soft are you running?<br />
btw, start &gt;&nbsp;run &gt;&nbsp;msconfig &gt;&gt;&nbsp;disable all non-MS services and check if the issue reoccurs please.

true, i don't want to stop the services as I am administering the server remotely so stopping the services is not an option. They are using software called pronet and antivirus by Computer associates called business protection server, we have removed the antivirus for a short while to test but it still occurred.<br />

I have a clients server that keeps recieving the blue during daily activity, i have been given the following stop error, but are unable to find out what causes this or a fix for it,<br />
