i have implemented a queue in asterisk and all incoming calls to
a DID number is entered in that queue , but unfortunately i am
having drop calls often without any warnings and errors on the
asterisk CLI.
Any suggestions on this will be highly appreciated.
i have already a complete setup of Asterisk Queue what i mean by drop is that while talking to the customer/caller the line sometime gets drop.

The calls are not getting dropped in the queue, rather the inbound calls drop while the customer/Caller is talking to our Agent. Any suggestions how to fix this issue.
