Best way to move Exchange 2003 to new server and data center

We're in the process of moving data centers and I'm trying to figure out the best way to migrate my Exchange 2003 Enterprise server.  At the old data center, we leased the server and Exchange license, so I don't have the option to simply ship the server to the new data center, nor do I have the option of using tapes because I don't have a tape backup at the new data center.  I'm basically stuck trying to figure out how to bring up a new Exchange server and mirror the mailboxes over our 10MB MPLS connection.  The older server is running Windows 2003 Standard with Exchange 2003 Enterprise, close to 52GB between two mail stores, and 20GB in public folders.  The new server is Windows 2003 DataCenter Edition with Exchange 2003 Enterprise.  My first thought is attempt to do a cluster and let the mailboxes mirror in a fashion that won't be too much of a manual process, but I don't know if this is possible?  I read Windows Standard 2003 lacks the clustering feature, so my idea may not go far.  If anyone could give me advice or what my best option would be, it would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

Thanks, Richard.  That was very helpful and much easier than my suggestion of clustering.
