We pass through two Adtran 3200 Routers (Point to Point T1) when connecting to the terminal server from the main SBS box and these routers have multipule routes. However this does not effect users who connect using VPN to the SBS box then onto the terminal server; thier connection will stay up all day if we let them.

In which case, are the VPN users getting their IP from a different pool as opposed to the LAN pool? I would still check the routing to and from bothe sides of the network. Can you provide the route /print output from the client and the TS.<br />

I get the following error message when a user who is idle for 1 minute or more while connected by RDC to a terminal server on a seperate subnet to our network. "A non-SYN packet was dropped because it was sent by a source that does not have an established connection with the ISA Server computer."

Remote Desktop Connection drops if idle for 1 minute, happens when you move mouse or use keyboard, reconnects after a few seconds.
