Cannot reply to a user using Outlook 2000

When replying to one particular user from Oulook 2000 the message stays in the outbox. It will not send. The error at the bottom of the screen reads "Rejected by server, server response 501" Yet when sending this same user an email it sends right away with no problem. The issue is generated when trying to "reply" to this user.

Your right. When I hit reply it shows his name but not the email address. Normally it would show the email address. would you know how to fix this issue as it is company wide and not from my pc only.

I changed the users Oulook settings. Looks like he changed his "reply to" to his first and last name.
