How does one create a dynamic PDF document containing the results of a CF query?

I would -think- this would be a simple operation but am having a dreadful time finding information on it.

Using ColdFusion 7, I simply want to create a PDF that will contain each record returned by a query on a separate page.

I've tried using just about every permutation of cfdocument, cfcontent, and/or cfheader but none of them have given the correct result.

For a quick example:
<!--- the query --->
<cfquery name="getInfo" datasource="ds">
SELECT name, address, phone FROM table
</cfquery>

<!--- the output --->
<p>#getInfo.name#<br>
#getInfo.address#<br>
#getInfo.phone#</p>
