I have an XP PC on a domain.<br />
I have a windows mobile 6.1 verizon phone.<br />
I am using wireless activesync with my exchange server sucesfully.<br />

I need to sync my &quot;files&quot; and I believe I cannot do this wirelessly so I am trying to do it through the USB connection.<br />
When ever I connect the USB cable, the ActiveSync program opens on the PC and says there is a problem syncing sucessfully and only connects at Guest.<br />
I can Explore the device, so I know i have a connection.<br />
When I run the Troubleshooter it comes up clean.<br />

One the phone, when I go to ActiveSync - Options &nbsp; the check box to select Files is greyed out.<br />
<br />
I assume this is because I am in 'Guest' mode.<br />

Where am I going wrong?<br />

Activesync Windows Mobile only connects as Guest
