I'm having the same problem with a Toshiba DP6570, yet have not been able to resolve it. Also, I am not even able to print out a test page from the machine itself.
I cannot do network printing on this printer. I can ping the IP address and even access it via the web interface. However, I am not able to print. I cannot even print a test page when I am at the machine itself.

What happens when you try to print a test page?
Does it ask for paper in the bypass?
If so the printer tray is defaulted to the wrong size (A4 or letter, depending on where you live)

N.B. Just to clarify, the printer page size and the tray size must agree

Can anyone else print to it? Usually if it wont print a test page then the fault is with the printer itself.
no one else can print to it. when i try to print a test page from the server or one of the workstations, nothing prints, when i try to print a test page from the console on the printer, nothing prints either.

Are any messages displayed on the printer when you try a printer test page from the menu?

Problem with my printer was the portcreation on my computer.
PORT1 should be ok, but it is CASE sensitive. It must be created in UPPERcase.
Have you reset the printer? Printer off, unplug, leave for a minute, plug back in, then back on again. See if there are any messages on the printer during start.
