spring applicationContext entry does not accept singleton

I have attached my entry in the applicationContext.

I'm unable to set singleton="false"

 I'm concerned what will happen if 2 people simultaneously try to access this..

<bean id="sample" class="com.company.sample.Sample">
                <property name="prop1" value="value1"/>
                <property name="prop2" value="value2"/>
                <property name="prop3" value="value3"/>
