Citrix CAG Question

I have recently implemented the Citrix CAG in our organizations.  When a user clicks on the published application they are getting an error message SSL Error 38 proxy denied access to port 1494.  Once I click OK on the error message and click the published app again, then it launches and everything appears to be fine.  Has anyone else seen this behavior or does anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks for your advise on this solution.  We actually pointed the CAG and the Web interface to only two zdc servers and removed all other servers and this resolved our issue.  Thank you so much for your response and help
