How do I determine the type of CPU that I have?

I have an HP Proliant Server that currently has one CPU in it and space for another.  How do I determine the type of CPU that I need?  I was under the impression that when a Server/PC has two CPU's they need to match perfectly.  I've looked on the CPU itself but the numbers there are vague.  I've listed all the information that I have below.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated in establishing the exact model# of the CPU I need.  Thanks in advance.

Intel Xeon CPU 3.0GHZ 4605B264 8545 Xeon.  Its a Proliant ML350 G4P Sn#USM61503F3
Here's the link to HP's Site about the Server http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/12009_na/12009_na.html#Overview

On your server, double click and logon to HP System Management home page. After login, you should see the link for processors under System. Click on that link, it will give you all of your processors information.
You can also obtain the information via ILO and SIM (System Insight Management as the above suggestion)
