This is only happening when you reply, forward or create a new message then I would try deleting the siganture that has been created and then reply to or forward an email and see if it happens. If it does not happen then the problem is with the signature and the way it is setup. &nbsp; Hope this helps.

Nope. it didnt work. its still small. We checked the font size thats set and its much bigger than what the user is seeing.

They are set the same as before and larger than what the user is seeing. the funny thing is the recipient wont see it change. it will be the font on which the user used to send the message.

Silly question, but are those fonts still in the system? Can you check that the name correspond to correct font? Can he use the same font in other application, like Word?

reply, forward or create a new message - uses the view that the user set (zoom size). no changes to the fonts and everything is back to normal. She is using the defaults. thanks for all your responses.
