Disable WinFX Runtime Components Setup's state to enabled, then selecting Disabled in the pull-down box<br />

Is the same as setting:<br />

Enable .Net Framework setup to enabled in the Internet Options-&gt;Security-&gt;Trusted<wbr /> Sites-&gt;Custom Level?

I may have overdone myself, but when I am trying to Enable .Net Framework Setup, I'm not able to change the radio button from Disabled to Enabled using the method you've described in GPO or directly on the client PC. &nbsp;What would prevent this?<br />

Are you logged in as a domain administrator?<br />
<br />
Also do you have Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration enabled? &nbsp;You should disable this under control panel, add remove programs, windows components, uncheck IE enhanced....<br />

I was able to resolve the issue. &nbsp;I had conflicting settings in the GPO under the Computer and User Configuration in the GPO.<br />
<br />
To confirm, I set both settings to Enabled, and the issue is now resolved.<br />
