VZAccess is the only application that you can use with your card in a 'supported' manner. Yes, other applications can use the card to connect, but you will get authentication errors sporadically with this setup. <br />

As for your error, that's a general unable to connect error. At what stage of the connection process are you getting this error? While trying to activate the card, during broadband connection, etc.?

It happens during the broadband connection. Authentication process and other goes smoothly but i don't know some where at final step while connecting this error occurs. My collegue told me to disconnect Thinkvantage before using Verizon but the idea was useless. One more thing, i have Kaspersky 6 for windows workstation installed in my Laptop. I did some googling were i came to know about error 720, its of no use.

During the installation process, did you just install the card, or did it also find your wireless adapter? If it has also installed to use your wireless adapter, this can cause a conflict with dialing out to the broadband connection as it gets confused as to which adapter to use.

Yes it happened, I selected detect both option while installation because i was confused, the second option was &quot;Detect WWAN device only&quot;. I think i am very near.
