best encryption software for user's shares

hello,
  I'm looking for a software package that we can use to encrypt data easily and efficiently for my users. each of our users has a home folder in their AD profile mapped to the X drive. I would like to automatically encypt any data that is copied or saved into that user's directory. only a designated administrator and that particular user who saves the file should be able to read the files.
