template <class StructType>
BOOL CSharedStruct<StructType>::Acquire(char *Name)
	 // security inits
	 memset ( ( VOID *) &saPipeSecurity, 0, sizeof ( SECURITY_ATTRIBUTES) );
	 // alloc & init SD
	 if ( ! ( pPipeSD = ( PSECURITY_DESCRIPTOR)
	  return FALSE;
	 if ( ! InitializeSecurityDescriptor ( pPipeSD,
	  return  FALSE;
	 // set NULL DACL on the SD
	 if ( ! SetSecurityDescriptorDacl ( pPipeSD, TRUE, ( PACL) NULL, FALSE) )
	  return FALSE;
	 // now set up the security attributes
	 saPipeSecurity.nLength    = sizeof ( SECURITY_ATTRIBUTES);
	 saPipeSecurity.bInheritHandle  = TRUE;
	 saPipeSecurity.lpSecurityDescriptor = pPipeSD;
   m_dwMaxDataSize = 0;
   m_hFileMapping = CreateFileMapping (INVALID_HANDLE_VALUE, &saPipeSecurity, PAGE_READWRITE, 0, sizeof(StructType), Name);
   if (m_hFileMapping == NULL)
      int err = GetLastError();
      return FALSE;
   m_pvData = (StructType *) MapViewOfFile( m_hFileMapping, FILE_MAP_READ | FILE_MAP_WRITE, 0, 0, 0);
   if (m_pvData == NULL)
      return FALSE;
