outlook 2003 create rule blocking multiple words
i have outlook 2003. i have a lot of spam coming in saying it is from me. i want to be able to block multiple subject words in one rule. when i create the rule, i have seen where you can type a word and then type OR and type another to have one rule with plenty of words.
i tried it and it didn't work.
is this possible? do i have to do it from a blank rule? can i also say to block items from my email address to my email address with multiple words?

Good question I am not sure. I have a few rules that have 20 or so subject words but I have not pushed the limit.
There is a product called Auto that is much more robust than the built in rules...let me find the link for you.

Here it is (sorry called automate) but looking closer I read the rules are limited to 32K so it really depends on the number of letters in your rule.

Are there any consistent headers which you could use instead of keywords?
