tagging photos in asp.net using c# and javscript

Hi experts,
I am looking for a photo tagging script that allows users to select a specific area of an image and add a comment to it. Does anyone know a script that can do that?

For example in Facebook website, there is an option like "Tag this photo".I want this to be exactly as the same.
CAn anyone guide the urls or else send the code Asap.needed urgently......
