Is it just this one email, or is it any email that the user tries to open?<br />

If it's just the one email, then I would print it or save it then delete it as it's likely corrupt.<br />
<br />
If it's other emails too, is it all other emails, or only emails with attachments, or some other common factor?

I have a user when he clicks on an email. He gets an error Can't Open this item. and the page isn't displayed in the preview pane. If he closes his outlook counts to ten and then reopens it works. Any Ideas?
