There is nothing that I am aware of that will give you a real time view of the email flow including the message. Microsoft do not provide that functionality for anyone to plug in to. <br />
Journaling will be close to real time, because the email is delivered to the store as it passes through the transport, but you will need to build a custom search. <br />

Does anyone know of a reliable and easily implemented MS Exchange Email recorder/tracker?  One of my clients wants the ability to view all of the company's email correspondance locally and remotely.
