SMTP Error message undeliverable email

I am receiving the below bounce back when sending an email from 1 email account on my domain; helpdesk@octree.co.uk, this only happens when sending to a handful of domains but it is a big problem as this is the email address we use for our support helpdesk.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Does that mean anyone other than helpdesk@octree.co.uk can send email to that domain?

ASKER

Yes
can u compare a working and the helpdesk account using LDP.exe and check which attribute is missing.
If both are using same account type.
