If I setup my mailbox manager to delete items 90 days or older from inbox, sent, and deleted, in what order does that run? Will it take the things from inbox and sent put them in the delete box then clean out deleted? Or should I make the sent and inbox 90 day and the Deleted 97 days so when I run this weekly I can give the users on last chance to recover things from the deleted items?
