Sounds like your logic is backwards...? Can you verify that you want to SUPRESS printing IF..there is NO DATA..right?<br />

Is this in a GROUP or what and where are you trying to supress?<br />
<br />
You need to use the SECTION EXPERT if you want to supress a GROUP, if you want to supress an individual OBJECT...rightclick the object to invoke the options..and supress it there with a formula.<br />

Yes, we want to suppress printing if no data...under file, options, reporting: suppress printing if no records selected....<br />

when checked the report is blank and no printing, when unchecked there are records...<br />
