Searching Shared Calendar for Appointment based on data in subject field

We are using Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003
We am trying to search a shared calendar/active appointments based on a name in the subject field.

When we look at the calendar alone to test it, we can clearly see the appointment. But when we do a Look for: 'name' Find Now, we get a list of all active appointments. When we do an Advanced find, the appointment alone is found immediately.

When I do this same search on the same shared calendar on other Outlook clients, I can do the same steps and resolve the one appointment we're looking for with no problems.

I have repaired and reinstalled but still cannot get the Find Now to work correctly. I'm sure there is a view or sort issue that I am missing.

Any help on this would be great.
