MS Word 2003 error when adding Adobe PDF object
I converted to Adobe 9 Reader and now I cannot add Adobe PDF object (contents from file) into MS Word 2003 document.
I get the error: "This object was created in ACROEXCH. This app is not available to open this object. Make sure that the application is properly installed and that is has not been deleted, moved, or renamed."
Someone said I probably had adobe 7.0 std on my machine before and that if i had it now it would work fine, but i do not know that for sure.
Is there a work-around for this?
Thank you, CPChem1

Hi,
I had the same issue: imported 3 .pdf files, and 2 worked, 1 gave me the same acroexch message.
For that one, I opened it with Acrobat Reader 9.x, and saved it with a different name.
It then was recognizable by Word.
