Thanks, but I've seen these documents but they were no help as to fix my problem. &nbsp;I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the same problem and maybe found a solution for it or a workaround.

I am trying to install Cisco TSP on my machine running Vista Ultimate and am having much difficulty. &nbsp;When I try and configure &quot;Cisco TSP001.tsp&quot; in the phone and modem options, the settings won't save. &nbsp;My IS dept tells me that it's not compatible with Vista. &nbsp;Ultimately i'm just trying to set up so i can dial my CISCO VOIP phone from my outlook. &nbsp;Many other associates of mine have this set up on their machine running XP PRo and it works fine. &nbsp;How can I get this to work on Vista Ultimate?
