How do I remove the jQuery slideToggle "jump" issue in IE7

I've seen some discussion of IE7 not playing well with jQuery's slideToggle, but I can't find an answer to my specific issue.  It seems that the "jump" that I'm getting isn't due to margins or padding.  Please see the link below (click on the "Customer Reviews" button at the bottom of the page to toggle it):
