asked on Citrix Presentations Server 4.5 - How to change Idle Time Out
We have HP and Wyse Thin Clients. Users have complained that their thin clients log them off when they are away for over 2 hours. Can you explain to me where this setting is located and how to use it, so if approved, we can change the setting? Thanks in Advance.

It's not thru the Web Interface it's thru Citrix Program Neighborhood Agant. Sorry, should have put that in the main question.
It's possibly group policy settings in use. Have a look at http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc758177.aspx.
