Hello All
My company just installed a Cisco Voip System running CCM 6.1(2). Apparently the Music on Hold has become a problem with management that the standard Cisco sample is not adequate and the 3 beeps that replaced it was driving people mad. Question: How can I change the back to MOH and where can I get (free) royalty free music for the system. I am a novice with this so a step by step is greatly appreciated.
